The certificate of a laboratory chosen by the board stating that it has tested a urine sample provided by a person referred to in section 219 and indicating the results of the test is proof of the facts alleged therein without it being necessary to prove the signature or the official capacity of the signatory, provided that the certificate is signed by a chemist who is a member of the Ordre des chimistes du Québec in the employ of that laboratory.
